At Tavares Pediatric Center our interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and medical professionals work with the parent(s)/guardian to develop an Individualized Person-Centered plan of care to include short and long term goals and objectives, to maximize each resident's potential for growth and well being.

Criteria for Admission
Given the specialized care provided at TPC there are specific Admission criteria such as:
- The child must receive all nutrition and hydration via a G-Tube/J-Tube
- The child must meet criteria for an ICF-IID level of care.
- The child must be non-ambulatory.
- TPC prioritizes admissions based on need and urgency of the case
- We ask that you have the c
